My condolences to the family during this time. I was a classmate and good friend of Curt, and we loved baseball! I remember that Mr. Helmus took us to see the Detroit Tigers play and that was such a thrill for us! May God bring you comfort and peace in this time.

I REMEMBER SIDNEY HELMUS AS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL IN THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY!! DURING MY WORKING YEARS AT ASSOCIATED TRUCK LINES SID WORKED IN DISPATCH AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT SID DIDN´T KNOW ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS WE SERVICED OUT OF THE GRAND RAPIDS TERMINAL!! IT WAS TRULY A BLESSING TO ME WORKING WITH SID. I DON´T BELIEVE SIDNEY HAD ANY ENEMIES. I ENJOYED WORKING FOR SIDNEY I CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF HIM!! SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. RCKING
