I am so very sorry to learn of Silvia's death. We crossed paths many times over the years - most recently when I came to work at Accion Texas. I am so sad to hear about Silvia. She played a vital role within the HR association in Antonio. What a wealth of knowledge she had and was always willing to share this with others. She will be missed.

I am truly saddened by the lost on my friend and mentor. Silvia was a gental and generous soul who willing and selflessly shared her vast knowledge and experience. The San Antonio Human Resources management Association (SAHRMA) has lost a great friend. Thank you Silvia for all your years of dedicated service.

So saddened to learn of Sylvia's passing. She was a highly respected professional in the San Antonio HR community and was a positive influence to many in the San Antonio Personnel Management Association, now known as SAHRMA. Sylvia has a key leader in the HR operations of the start up of the USAA Federal Saving Bank.
