Tom was not only a fine person and an excellent attorney, he made the world a better place. A conversation with Tom was always a pleasant and interesting experience. I remember being at Mount Snow one cold winter´s day. It had to be five below at the base and twenty-five below at the summit. Almost everyone was crowded around the fireplace. I am so very sad to hear that Tom has passed. I met him almost 50 years ago. He has stayed in contact with my family over the years. He was a very well respected individual not only as a lawyer but as a person. He will be missed!!
