Dear Mrs Simari and Family, I'm a neighbor of yours and as long as I live I will never forget Silvio. About 25 years ago I moved in and I was in my backyard when I saw a man "buzz" by in his yard. It was Silvio. If he wasn't on his roof, climbing a ladder or working in his beloved garden he was ALWAYS doing something to your beautiful home.
