Not sure what to say?

Nous pensons à toi cher beau-frère, un an déjà !! C´est encore difficile de croire que tu n´es plus là !!

We shared a glass of rose´ in your memory with our mutual friends just as you would want us to do. We miss your smile and your beautiful heart Simon.

Fair winds and following seas.

In memory of Simon, a man of all seasons whose influence continues to shape the personal I am today! He was a remarkable boss and friend, and though he is no longer with us, his lessons live on every season of my life. Love to Marcelle and family as you hold his memory close today!

This time of year I think about Simon and all the Cooper family. We spent few holidays in Kapalua together and had many great memories. We love you Marcelle and Cooper family and miss you all.

I just found out about Simon. I was his Assistant when he was in Atlanta GA. He used to call us Simon's Angels . He called me Jules. To this day it is my nickname. He will be fondly missed

Dear Cooper Family, Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Being Mr. Cooper´s assistant with Delta Hotels was a truly wonderful experience and a learning adventure that I have leaned into through out my career. He was a leader that inspired many and I am so proud to have had the opportunity to work with him. May his memory be a blessing. Sincerely, Meredith Ash Macfarlane

You were always a gentleman, proudly English but equally proud to wear the red of the Toronto Welsh. I loved being on the field with you and loved being able to taunt you that I was 2 years older than you, but we proudly flew the flag for...

Simon, I played rugby with you. You would come by our home fields whenever you were in Toronto, with your boots and your shorts. With taping over your ears and around your knees you looked every bit the rugby player. We missed you when you left Toronto and I will miss you more now. I hope you took your boots, because wherever you are going, they may have a game you can join. With friendship... Phil Arnold, Toronto Welsh Rugby Club.
