We are so saddened by the loss of this wonderful, talented woman. She was a model of strength, resiliency, and determination for us all. Sissy will be greatly missed by everyone that had the privilege of knowing her. Of all the designers I worked with, she would enter the room and she was like a ray of sunshine. She was funny, talented and one of the loveliest people I ever met.

I am adding my voice to the chorus of Sissy fans! She and Bill were always my Houston family! Sissy's talent as a shining beacon to design added by her warmth which made her a stand out as a friend and cohort to her many clients and to the working design community! My love to Bill, Ophelia and the kids! You have so many wonderful memories as do we all who were touched by that "Buford" girl! She was the most special, wonderful woman, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by all that had the privilege to know her, and remembered always.

I am so sad that this sweet,funny,talented beautiful lady has left us. I did not see her often now, but each time made me smile
