I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Carrie and her son, Skylar, and my heart goes out to the families of her parents and that of Skylar's father. I did not know Carrie well, but well enough to know that she was vivacious, with a zest for life. Carrie was the daughter of my nephew, Daniel Krajewski, who preceded her in death in January 2009.
