Not sure what to say?

Think of you often Slade.....what memories....

I met Slade at Ball State University. Had lots of nice memories with him and remember his as a competitive swimmer and a loyal friend. I think it was around 2010 when I last spoke with him. Sorry for your loss and we will always have our good memories.

Slade was the first friend I made when my Grandmother moved to Long Beach. I think it was 1965. Slade was in second grade, I was in 4th. We lost touch in our teens but I have fond memories of our boyhood adventures; sleeping out in each others backyard , going to the beach, jumping off the dunes near Moon Valley, riding bikes everywhere. Those were great summers and Slade was a great friend, funny, kind, and very energetic! I'm very sorry to hear of his passing and truly wish his family...

My sympathy to you and your family. Having lost a brother too soon as you have, makes me feel your loss. Sorry I couldn't make it to express my sympathy in person. I had a reaction from a flu shot so was not able to make it. My prayers and thoughts are with you.

Millie and Edling family: The D'Alio family mourns the loss of our cousin - Slade will be missed. May God comfort all of you in the days ahead.

So sorry to hear this news. My sympathy goes out to the entire family. I will always remember growing up with Slade in Long Beach.

Sorry for your loss.

Vicki, my deepest condolences to you and your family.

Our heartfelt condolences are with your family. Jack & Lenore (Schaeffer) Gregory
