As I read about Sofia's life, I'm brought to tears not because it is tragic that she had so little time on this earth, but more so because I'm overwhelmed and in awe of the love and display of human compassion. She is a gift, and so is life- no matter how long the duration. Some people live their whole lives never knowing how much they are loved. That was never the case for Sofia.
