Sonia S. Howell

My heartfelt condolences to the family. This is so very hard to believe, and I am saddened to know she lost her battle. She informed me in November and asked that I pray for her. I did and thought she would beat it because, at that time, she said she was doing fine. Sonia was someone I admired and considered a friend. My deepest condolences to Sonia’s family, I am terribly sorry for your loss. Sona was like a big sister to me at work. I am going to miss her laughter, conversation, and just getting together and catching up. I remember back when we were in the office, we used to find excuses just to leave our desk and go walking. We had such a fun time, we dreaded going back to our desk. Sonia, you are loved and will be missed.

Sonia was very kind hearted. My niece was graduating from Medical School in Jamaica years ago. I told her I was trying to find a white dress for her. She gave me a beautiful white dress and I took it down to Jamaica and that what she graduated in. She will be missed.
