Dr. Sonja Eva Singletary M.D.

Eva was a classmate and friend at Southside High School all those years ago. All of us knew then the enormous talent and intelligence she possessed and knew she would accomplish much and be a groundbreaker. So sorry to have lost touch, and so sad she has passed, but her accomplishments have and will do so much for so many and she will live forever in our hearts. And, yes, she was so funny and kind, a delight to be around.

Dearest Dr Singletary ... you are dearly missed to date ! May you rest in eternal peace . My work experience with you at MDACC is still my most cherished memory! Gone too soon but still alive today in our hearts !!

I had the privilege of working with Dr.Singletary at MDACC and miss her to this day! She was truly an outstanding surgeon and equally amazing person . Her kindness and compassion towards others was truly inspiring and heartwarming as was her incredible sense of humor and wit ! I regret that Sonja and I lost touch over the years. we were friends and classmates and friends through Southside High School, in Florence SC I am so proud of her accomplishments in Breast Cancer treatment and research. Gayle Johnson Wierzbicki

Dr Singletry was a great Doctor and helped me when I had a diagnosis of breast cancer. I will ever greatful for her. God Bless her.

No puedo creer que tan maravillosa persona dejara esta tierra tan joven hacia los brazos de Dios. Nunca podré olvidarla, la Dra Sonja me salvó la vida de un sarcoma óseo en etapa muy avanzada. Estaba ya en etapa terminal, con 15 días de vida. La intervención quirúrgica duró 16 horas pero su cirugía fue todo un éxito. Mi nombre es Florenzo Schettino y vivo en Venezuela. Lamento su fallecimiento
