Nathan (Sonny) Fuller of Austin, Texas died Saturday October 20th. Sonny was born in El Paso, Texas November 17, 1947. He was a 5th generation Texan. Nathan served with distinction as a Marine in the Vietnam War as an expert rifleman. Sonny was loved by his family and he gave it back in return. He was a Christian and kept God in the forefront of his life. He was a committed husband and a devoted father. He spent most of his time enjoying moments with his wife and watching his children grow into respectable adults. Sonny enjoyed playing tennis with his friends and watching his favorite teams in football. In his later years, he was blessed with 4 beautiful grandchildren and had many memorable moments being Grand-Dad. His family will miss him dearly and look forward to the day they get to see him once again in Heaven. We know he sits in Heaven now and is reuniting with his father Bennie, mother Jacqueline, and young brother Stephen, along with many family members from his wife's family. Sonny is survived by his beloved wife, children and spouses: Becky Fuller; Bryan and Stephanie Fuller; Chad and Kelly Fuller Hamilton. He is survived by 4 grandchildren; Fletcher and Townsend Hamilton; Mason and Lila Fuller. He also survived by his sister and her family: Tim and Pam Fuller Bell; Brad, Ben and Amanda Bell. Services will be held Wednesday October 24th, at 2:00 PM at Hyde Park Baptist Church. He will be buried at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Austin Humane Society at http://www.austinhumanesociety.org/: Tribute to Sonny Fuller
