Sonya Tureck Bramowitz Goldsmith

I remember the story of how she learned to drive, against all odds. She was determined to drive and everyone told her she couldn't do it. She didn't let that stop her. She got the car first and it sat there in front of the house until she could drive it. And she did! She was never the best driver in the world, but she got where she wanted to go. That's how determined she always was, about everything. She was an example and an inspiration to all of us.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Dora & I enjoyed sitting with Barbara & Sonya in the summer on the front patio at Charles Morris Nursing Home, we also sat with her every morning after breakfast & kept her & her faithful caregiver company. We enjoyed all the stories Sonya would share with us, we would share the BINGO table with her & would race to win.
