I would like to send my condolences. I worked with Soo and Nadine at the Sheraton Inn many years ago. I learned a lot of what I know about cooking working with Soo at the Inn. I will always appreciate what Soo and Mr. Bears taught me. He will be in my thoughts and prayers.
