I am so sorry about your loss. Sophie was a great person and hostess to many classmates of her children. I can remember being invited to watch the Beatles when they appeared on the Ed Sullivan show and my dance lessons before before the prom. I´m sorry the pandemic will prevent my attending the services. I will cherish the memories of the happy times at the Chudy household!

Madame...truly a grand lady. Our families were very close in my youth and I spent countless happy hours at her house. I will always remember her ability to control the "chaos" of the house with such poise. Great Danes, teenagers, and "rugrats" like me... even a skunk named Spiro T.... nothing seemed to upset her. I was just wondering about her a week before her passing. Even though those memories are from long ago, they will never fade.

I met this lovely lady at a time when I was playing my violin at a concert of Polish music. She was aware of my performance as a violinist and vocalist for the recording, POLAND FOREVER, and asked me for a copy. Subsequently, I sent it to her and always hoped that she had received it in good condition. My sincere condolences go out to her family and pray that God will help you at this difficult time.
