I worked with Sophie in the ER at Noble for many years in the late 70's early 80;s. It was always a joy and relief to see her face as I came in for a shift. I new I would have a talented compatriot to fight that days battles. She was knowledgeable and skilled in handling her staff and a calming influence on an environment that was too often near complete chaos.
Knowing her was my pleasure.
