I met Soren when he moved into my "grouper" house in Port Jefferson near Stony Brook in the early 70's. After all these years I was hoping to reconnect with him. He was always personable, always interesting, and a pleasure to hang out with. I worked on his VW bus when he was getting ready to travel one summer. He was one of the most memorable personages I met in my time in and out of Stony Brook.

Pedersen family- I was so sorry to learn of Soren´s passing in Maggie´s holiday card. I met him only once when I was hanging out with Jens and Henrik during our high school years, but I remember him being very good looking and quite a presence. My thoughts are with you. Meredith Hayes Gifford
