I have never met Brian or any of the Arsenault family yet I feel compelled to express my heartfelt condolences. Brian was a loving and devoted son and brother, and a terrific soldier... a credit to his family and his Country.
Brian has found total peace. May God hold Brian's family in His hands and comfort them.
