Not sure what to say?

ONE OF THE FEW WHO KNEW THE MEANING OF LIFE. I SALUTE YOU

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

Today I learned of your loss and the tragic news brought tears to my eyes. I extend my heartfelt sympathy to your families.

Dr. Butterfield was the best surgeon a patient could have.

In 1998 I was life flighted to Allegheny General Hospital. My injuries were serious and substantial. Dr. Butterfield was on that trauma team and they saved my life!
From the time the helicopter landed, trauma, intensive care, to the six weeks at AGH and several month stay at HealthSouth and...

My heartfelt sympathies to the Butterfield/Thomas family. Dr. Butterfield expertly (of course!) repaired the right femur of my 83 year-old father in 2004 at Forbes Regional Hospital. I will always remember his calm and confident method of helping my family deal with the situation, and especially, with how he perservered with helping my father receive the optimum rehab at HealthSouth. A gentle gifted man who is, already, sorely missed.

Many years ago In a Bike accident Dr Butterfield. got me back on the road to recovery. He will be Missed Very much . It is very sad. sorry for you loss . We all lost a great Doctor and Man .

Dr Butterfield was a great surgeon and a great person. He saved my leg after a severe trama back in april of 1991. He has been there for me and my family and has been a great friend . I was and am still in shock with the news of his death. He is and will be sadly missed. My deepest sympathy for his friends and family.

to the Butterfield family: please accept my deepest sympathy on your tragic loss. they were good people who will be missed. again my sympathy, sincerely, robert runnette

I worked with Dr. Butterfield in the late 80's at AGH; I remember him as a kind, talented and ironically enough, funny boss who never passed up an opportunity to start our day with a laugh. God's blessings to your family and remember he will always be with you.

As a young girl, my cousin Spence was the guy we all looked up to. He was so charming and fun! My love and sympathy are with you, Eric and Steve. I'm so very, very sorry for your tragic loss.
