Not sure what to say?

To Nikki and all those touched by Spencer during his much to short a lifetime. I was blessed to have watched a close and loving friendship develop between my daughter and Spencer during some of the darkest days ever felt by our family. Honestly Spencer was a lifeline tossed to her, and she held on and got past a 9 month hospitalization, to many interventional radiology procedures as well as the loss of most of her hair, and going from 130 to just over 70 lbs. Each child is a blessing, but...

I knew Spencer since my first year of high school. He was a sweet kid, I remember being at his moms house and we would watch movies and I would play and tease his cat. He always had a good sense of humor and a positive look on life. He was someone you could call up and end up talking to for hours. Such a sweet kid, I'm glad he will be able to breath now. I pray for his wife and his mother in this hard time. He is someone who will be missed dearly. A dear friend who meant alot. R.I.P...

What a spectacular and wonderful person! We were very lucky to have you as a part of the family even for just a short time. You brought a lot to my cousin Nikki's life along with her family. You are going to be greatly missed by not only them but the many many people whose lives you have touched. Our prayers are with Nikki, her family and Spencer's family. God Bless..... The Kruegers

Nikki and family, My heart goes out to all of you during this time. Although I never knew Spencer I have learned that he was a wonderful spirit and his life will continue to minister to people even though he's breathing easy now. May God comfort you and give you peace.

To the Riddle Family and Nikki - I am always praying for you. Spencer will always be in my heart, in a memory, and with me when I smile. He was truly one of a kind. I valued his friendship and his words of wisdom. He made me remember the good times in life, and taught me what is was to really laugh about something. Breathe Easy Spencer <3 Love for you always!

Spencer, you were my hero. You taught me what strength really is. I love you so much and you will be miss greatly.

I never met Spencer know Nikki and heard so many good things about him to know he was a super awesome person... My prayers go out to Nikki and all of his family.

As a kid spencer was goofy in his own way. He would always want to be around his brothers no matter how much they tortured him. He would make us laugh just so he could hang with his older brothers. He always had a funny sense of humor!!!! RIP spencer!
