Not sure what to say?

Was a very nice man. was at his wedding he will be missed very much.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Spencer sold my ex husband, Richard Bellinger, and I our first house, on NE 36th. Richard also worked for the planning bureau. Later my son married Tammy's granddaughter, Teresa. They had a daughter named Jenifer. On September 15th Jenifer had a daughter named Anastasia. My condolences to all who loved and appreciated Spencer.

Spencer and Tammy were wonderful members of our Noble and Most Singular Order of the Blue Carbuncle. Sherlock Holmes. Fantastic costumes, great presentations and always humor. If there is any old memorabilia in the estate please consider giving it to our club. Thanks Also I have pictures of them to share

Deepest condolences to Spencer's daughters. My parents were friends and co-Sherlockians with Spence for many years and always enjoyed his company and wonderful sense of humor. A lovely man, may his memory be a blessing.

Spencer was a valued friend and loyal member of East Portland Rotary Club for as long as I can remember. He was always friendly, a quick wit and a quick smile. He was loved by many and he and Tammy are sorely missed. I would venture to say the family and the rest of us who knew him are better because of it. Rest in peace Spencer & thank you for who you were! Michael Downing

I had the pleasure of working with Spencer at Cellular One and AT&T Wireless, where he was a consultant. In the process, he became more of a friend than fellow worker for many of us. He had wonderful,, unique interests. We loved to hear about his adventures with the Sherlock Holmes Society or his search for cufflinks at the flea market. It was truly a pleasure to work with him and to know him!
