I had the honor of visiting with your husband on Sunday, Dec 22 when I brought him Holy Communion to Waccamaw Hospital. I am a Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist from St. Michael's parish. We had a nice conversation after he received Communion. We talked about family and traditions, especially around the holidays. Joe and I were saddened when we heard about the death of Mr. Gianakos "Spike" as everyone knew him. He touched the lives of so many who knew him. May his memory live on in each of you and may he rest in eternal peace. God bless.

Spike was always a warm and friendly friend to every one. His humor and friendship will stay with us.
