Not sure what to say?

During august 1972 I had the pleasure to spend 1 month in a homestay program living with Spyros and his wife at their house in Seattle. I was a foreign student from Chile, just arriving to the US to start my graduate studies in ocenography. Spyros was a wonderful person and gave me very nice advise for my studies and living in the US. Rest in peace.

Spyros and I worked together a number of years when he was a local consultant and my boss. I'll always remember fondly a trip we took together to Port Hueneme early in my career to attend/present at a Navy conference. His charisma and charm were on full show and he made it all a very enjoyable and worthwhile event. I wish I had known earlier about the service, I would have gladly attended. To the family, I have a collection of Marine Chem/Sediment slides that he left behind in the office,...

Rest in peace Spyros. You were the most fun boss I've ever had. You and Diane were a perfect storm. You lived well and that is the best revenge. You loved your daughter Amanda and you let the world know it. Laura, I met you once at one of Spyros' parties but then my life got complicated and I laid low. Wish I'd have gotten to know you better. Here's to Spyros, a man who lived well and inspired others to do the same. I'll miss him. It's a shame I didn't learn of Spyros' passing until...

Spyros was a charismatic person who's energy and creativity left an indelible impression on anyone who knew him.

Sorry to hear of Spyros' passing - love and prayers to you Laura and your whole extended family.

Only met a few times in Chelan but so enjoyed his company, charming, witty, intelligent and well traveled. It was impossible to miss his love of life and the love he had for his wife. My sincerest condolences to Laura and the rest of the family he leaves behind. Monique Gilson-Moreau

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

God bless you Spyros. The memory of you will continue to be a blessing for all the lives you touched.
