Not sure what to say?

Mike,
I feel so fortunate to have had Stacy as a friend. I have learned a lot by seeing the way Stacy faught this terrible disease with such dermination and positive attitude. She was truly an inspiration to us all. We will all miss her cheerful smile, humor and thoughtful way. Please know that Darin and I are here for you always!

Mike, Even though Stacy and I only talked sometimes a couple of times a year, I felt such a connection to her. We could always pick up right where we left off. That is the kind of friend Stacy is to everyone. I have been truly blessed to be able to call her my friend. I will always miss her, and look forward to the time we can pick up again. You and the boys, and all of the Wise's are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless

Mike, Boys and The Wise Family:
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Stacy was a wonderful person as you well know. She will be greatly missed by all. I have such wonderful memories of Stacy through our school years. We had shared some very special times together and I am very glad she was my friend. She will remain in my heart forever. God Bless your families. Love Patty

Mike and Family,

I was was so sorry to hear of your loss. I have been following Stacy's progress through the web site. When I first saw that she had passed away, I was shocked. I hope you can find comfort in knowing she is at peace now. Here is a poem that my Dad gave to me years ago. I read it at his funeral this past October. I hope it brings you comfort.

When I am gone, release me, let me go...

I knew I had a friend for life when I met Stacy in grade school! We always had a great time from learning how to play guitar with Sr. Ruth to watching the wedding of Princess Diana at 3:00 am, cheerleading, basketball tournaments, boyfriends, secrets, COR Retreat, keeping in touch thru college, weddings, baby showers, getting to know each others families. I wasn't ready to let go of Stacy this soon, but I do have all those memories to keep alive and be honored that I had such a special...

Dear Stacy:

God bless you. After reading all you've been through I'm sure you're resting in the peace of God. You've set a wonderful example for the rest of us with the way you went through your illness with determination and grace.

Dear Mike and boys:

Although it's hard not to see Stacy every day in person, I'm sure she's always with you in spirit. I hope God will bless you and relieve you of the emotional ordeal you've been through. All of us who...

To the Wise and Egan families,
I am very sorry for your tremendous loss. I am a good friend of Sarah's. Unfortunately, I only had the opportunity to meet Stacy briefly at her prayer service last September, but I've heard such tremendous and remarkable things about her as a sister, mom, wife, etc.. She was a beautiful and strong person who always put other people first. It was also obvious at Stacy's wake and funeral that she had touched so many lives. Please know that she left behind...

Mike:

I've been friends with Stacy since first grade, and with you since college. The two of you are very special to me. Stacy lit up a room with her smile, wit, and gift of gab. I will never forget that. I hope you know how much I love you both and how much sadness I feel for you and the boys right now. Our home is always open for visits, or to watch the boys if the need ever arises. Take joy in knowing that Stacy enriched many, many lives.

Mike:

I am so sorry to hear about Stacy. It does not seem that long ago that we worked together at St. Paul and you were planning your wedding. Stacy was a wonderful and brave individual. I am so glad I was able to visit with her again at Robert and Nadeene's party. It seemed like old times. You and your family are in my prayers. God bless you.
