Stanley Parmeter Stanley Parmeter, 77, passed away peacefully February 19, 2019 at Harborview Medical Center with his family by his side. His Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Stanwood United Methodist Church, 27128 102nd Dr. NW, Stanwood, WA from 1:00-3:30 pm.
