Not sure what to say?

Just heard about Stan's departure. I had the pleasure of experiencing his gracious spirit while working as a trainer at Parkpoint.

When I heard Stan had passed away, I couldn´t believe it. I still find it difficult to believe. Stan was a man with such a strong character and an immense love for life. He wanted to experience everything that life had to offer, whether it be Jet Boating on the Niagara River or walking on a glacier in the mountains in British Columbia, Canada. When he suffered a spinal injury, it did slow him down for a while but with the support of his partner Teri and his determination he regained partial...

Stan was a very special person to me that I met at work in 2012. He had gift of keeping positive thoughts to any of our projects and we became friends finding out I lived only short distance from Stan in the town of Sonoma. We were to share a shot of whiskey some time this year but now I will raise my glass to toast my friend. Cheers

I'm so sorry to hear this sad news. I remember Stan from the Turtle Island days. He was so friendly and kind, and generous with useful advice and tips for job-hunting success. I'm very impressed by Stan's sailing achievements and ambitions. May his spirit continue to sail the high seas with joy and inspire others to reach for their dreams.

Stan was my hiring manager at Sun Microsystems. I'll never forget meeting Stan as we had a very unusual interview! My daughter woke up that morning with a fever so I called Stan to postpone but since he was in town from Canada specifically, he insisted on driving to my home so we could have the interview. I was incredibly nervous but Stan made me feel completely at ease as if it was normal to hold an interview at someone's home!! We had a really good laugh when my daughter denied having a...

I live near Stan and Teri. Last month I came home from work and a dog was running around in my yard. I learned soon it was Ming. Stan came around the corner in his car asking if I had seen a brown dog. I said yes he is in my side yard. I got him and gave him back to Stan and he was so relieved and thankful. A few weeks later he asked me if I'd like to go sailing some day. I said yes of course!! But we did not firm a date. And then this! I'm so sad about this series of events. He was such a...
