Not sure what to say?

I served as a missionary of President Taylor and he was a tremendous mentor and friend as well as his lovely wife, Sister Taylor. One of the distinct memories I have was sitting down with him during my first interview and the love and kindness he emanated made me think that this is what it must feel like to sit face to face with my Father in heaven. His teachings and lessons have stuck with me to this day and have impacted my life significantly. Some of the most profound moments for me came...

I had the pleasure of being a missionary of President Taylor. He was always so kind, patient, and sincere. I cannot begin to quantify the influence that he and Sister Taylor and of course John had of my two years as a missionary and the almost 22 years since. Such amazing people. President Taylor, you will be missed but your light shines on. Thank you for your example.

Much love to Vickie and John. Pres Taylor is an amazing person. What comes to mind thinking of all the teaching and mentoring Pres did with me was how he always saw the good in others. He had a way of making each of us feel as though we were one of his best missionaries, and it was in total sincerity.

Vicky & John - Dan and I so enjoyed the summers we shared with your family in Grindstone and visiting with you. I imagine Stan and Dan will still be sharing those delightful experiences. I send my love to you and John. With prayers, Nancy Aldridge

Our son Daniel Ferrari served as a missionary in Boise with Brother Taylor as his mission president from 1998-2000. We cannot thank him enough for the guidance, love , and leadership he gave our son. We had the privilege of meeting President Taylor and his beautiful wife. So grateful to him for so many reasons. Our son still uses quotes and lead dons he learned from him. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you, his family , as you go through this loss. He will be missed.

I remember as a missionary the love that he had for each one of us and his love for our Savior. He was an amazing mission president. Thank you!
