I first found Cornerstone when I saw it on TV in 2004. I visited several times. I joined Cornerstone in 2017, but a year later I moved to another state. When I moved back to Virginia in 2020, I returned to Cornerstone, until Covid-19 hit. Pastor Bennett was truly an anointed vessel of God. I can remember our days in Brooklyn, New York while serving together at International Baptist Church. I was a teenager at the time, and he was a deacon and drove a church bus. He served faithfully and with a radiant and contagious smile. He loved the Lord, and he loved people. My sincere Condolences and Comfort to the Bennett family. I´m a classmate 1968 of Pastor Bennett know as Stanley in Fairfield 55 th Street. We lived on 57 th Street. I remember him as a kind and humble gentleman even in those days. We all walked the halls of Fairfield Industrial High School and still proud of our legacy.
