Uncle Nev as I always knew him was my Dads best friend. They met in about 1946/7 in Iraqi Airways and went on to fly together in British Airways.
Uncle Nev was a kind and generous man with a fantastic sense of humour. He was staying at my parents house the morning my mum woke up to find my dad had passed away in his sleep. I can think of no better person to be there for my parents at that time than Uncle Nev as he was so supportive and caring. He is now with his best mate John Brooks...

Dear Beth, Linda, Doug and Suzanne - I can't tell you how many times I think about all of you - when on Ardath Rd. and think fondly of our fun days at LJCD. Time sure flies! I was sorry to read about Neville's passing but at 96 he was a good man and lived a full life. I was pleased to have met him many moons ago. It would be fun to reconnect with all of you again. We have been very blessed to have Neville part of our lives for 35 years. We always enjoyed his wonderful stories, quick wit and wisdom. He will be remembered and sadly missed.
