I bet Stan 1966 I was 16 years old loading trucks at Utica Veal he would stamp the hanging beef that we would load . Little did I know I would be a customer in his meat market 59 years later talking about the good old days . He was old school all the way , a gentleman and a man that was respected by myself and anyone fortunate enough to cross his path . I will always remember his words of wisdom and kindness .
