Not sure what to say?

Roger, my mom let me know that both your parents passed away very close together. I didn't know your father but I have vivid memories of your lovely mother sewing my dress back together after I broke a strap. She made the first "grasshopper" I ever tasted-- Very good memories. It is a blessing to have our parents for as long as we have but it doesn't make it any less sad when they are gone. Just thinking about you all. Sarah Rieser

Stan and Shirley were good friends for many years. They were an integral part of a wonderful discussion group that my husband Fred Koenecke and I were part of. Their good nature and intelligence will be sorely missed.

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of these two kind, caring, accomplished, and generous people that gave so much to their various communities. When visiting my mother at Oakwood, I often would drop in on them unannounced. They were always so warm, welcoming, and interesting. My sincerest sympathy and condolences to Lowell, Marcia, and Roger. (I was a high school classmate of Lowell and also a Sunday School classmate at First Unitarian Society in Madison).

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.I worked at Oakwood from 2014-2022.

I´m so very sorry to hear this. To lose one parent is understandably difficult, but to lose them both so close together is devastating. Please know that prayers are with your family. (Classmate 1974).

Our sincere condolences to the entire Inhorn family. Our fondest memories of recent times is Stan and Shirley dancing cheek to cheek at Oakwood dances where I played drums with the band. There are not enough commendations for Shirley and Stan and their love and support of music and their children's love and support of music. Peace to all.

Madison received the fullness of Stan and Shirley's intellects and hearts. What a loss of such wonderful people. May their memories be eternal. Judy and Nick Topitzes
