Not sure what to say?

Stan, Great to live with you for those 5 special years on Ithaca Street. Thank you for your friendship!

Stan has been a dear friend since we taught together at Queens College in 1968. I visited with him whenever I came to Boulder, and our conversations were always warm, frank, deep, and playful. We were kindred spirits in the solemn halls of academe. We formed a troika at QC with a colleague and friend, Ted Grove (whom Stan befriended at Northwestern U.). Ted passed away several years ago. I enjoyed to spend some time with Stan on the tennis court we will do drills trying to improve also Stan will enjoy to meet me and Norm for coffee at Breadworks he had a good time

It is an honor to have known Stan, even though our time together was brief. He was kind, thoughtful and welcomed our friendship with the warmth of family. I will miss his constant compliments, his beaming smiles and the laughter we shared. My heartfelt condolences to the family that he loved so much.

Stan had trouble with both his knees into his 80's, but still could play a game of doubles, playing thru his pains and enjoying the competition and comradery of a game surrounded by friends followed on a hot day with a cold beer. I will always...
