Not sure what to say?

Stan and I went through grade school together, and, although we went to different high schools, remained friends through those years. We spent a great deal of time together enjoying our shared electronics hobby. I appreciated having Stan as a friend, and am thankful for his contributions to our community.

I hope the family will accept my condolances. He was a very kind man and put "gentle" in gentleman. He was a ray of sunshine during the holidays and he will be greatly missed. May God bless you and your family. My prayers are with you all.

Worked with Stan in the 70's at WOKR. He'll be missed.

Nancy and Gail - I am sorry I can't make the trip from Baldwinsville to Rochester, for the calling hours. I often think back to our years together in dancing school - we both hated it, but Stan always made sure I wasn't a wall flower :) Memories of our years past are warm in my heart. God's peace to you + Anne Dwyer Colgan

Stan and I were the same age, so he easily understood the reference to baseball great Stan Musial when I referred to him as "Stan The Man!" I probably said that to him most every day for the 40+ years we worked together.
We have lost a warm, knowledable and caring co-worker- and friend.

Stan and I were in grade school together at #46 School on Newcastle Rd. He was one of the nicest guys in our class. I was greatly saddened to learn of his passing. Please accept my condolences on your loss.

I worked with Stan for nearly 32 years and saw him nearly every day. He was friendly and genuine with all of us. We knew him to be highly intelligent, but he always seemed like just one of the guys. I will miss chatting with him, as we did almost every day.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for your great loss.

I worked with Stan for several years at channel 13, and spent many overnight shifts with him. I'm not sure if he was even scheduled to work overnights, but he was always there.
I just want to say thanks for everything he taught over the years, not just technical TV stuff.
My thoughts and prayers are with with his family.

My husband Franco and I worked with Stan for many years at Channel 13. He was always the same: smart, funny, sensitive to people in the work place and committed to quality broadcasting. He was a great guy.
