The first time I met Mr.Olsenn was at Western Gailes GC, I was the manager at the time and never would have believed a year or so I would pick up my phone to find Mr.Olsen at the end of the phone, at first I thought he was at Troon, He informed me that he had almost finished building a new club house at BD and he wanted me to manage it. A few months later my wife and I were on our way to Florida, we stayed for approximately four years my wife and I went back to Scotland when my Grand son...

I send my thoughts and prayers to you and your family, Betty. I lost Dick a year ago to cancer so I know how you must be feeling. I enjoyed my time with you and your family.

Stan was one of the most remarkable men I have ever met. Bigger than life! What he accomplished and was part of in business and his personal life will be written about. He truly was a difference maker! A wonderful person and a life well lived! My heart goes out to the family, knowing how close they all were. May he make the same impact in Heaven as he's made on this earth! God Bless Stan on his journey home.
