It was Stanley Pazden who convinced my mother to allow me to have hamsters as pets in 1971, and I am grateful for that. He was a genuinely good person.

Mr. Pazden was a great Geometry teacher. I had him when I was a sophomore. He and Makiba had a debate about the oldest woman to give birth. He said it was 55 and she said it was 92. It turned out that she was right. I never considered him as one of my favorite teachers when I was in high school, but he did make a big impact on me. I would consider him as one of my favorite teachers now. He will be sorely missed. RIP Mr. Pazden!!

Mr. Pazden was my high school biology professor. He was the best of the best and always made class an enjoyable experience. Unlike many teachers, he treated all of us like adults and had the best, dry sense of humor. I will dearly miss him as he was an unforgettable part of my high school experience. Many prayers and may he Rest In Peace.

I worked with Stan for a long time. He was a great guy. I remember my daughters had a rabbit. We could no longer take care of Stumper and Stan gave him a home on the farm. Stan always brought fresh eggs into work too. He was a generous guy. Stan always talked about his family with great pride. Very sad! Much too young! Stan will be missed.

I was deeply saddened when I heard the news of Mr. Pazden's passing. There weren't many teachers who could inspire a classroom like he did. I wasn't a rocket scientist in high school...or a science enthusiast for that matter, but that didn't change his opinion of me. He saw potential in his students and always encouraged them to not settle for mediocrity. Rest easy, Mr. Pazden - you'll be missed.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Pazden. He was an amazing teacher and great influence to strive for your best. His sarcasm pushed me to be stronger and keep moving forward to do things I may have never done.

Stan was a great teacher, colleague and friend. We shared many conversations around the lunch table at MHS, some of which he cooked. Stan was a great cook specializing in the Polish dishes from his family. He was multi talented and well read.He was a true Renaissance man. Rest in peace, Stan, we will miss you.
