Not sure what to say?

He was instrumental in my younger years to consider my relationship with our Lord.

Fran,

We just wanted to let you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers at this very sad time. I cannot even put into words the AMAZING impact Pastor Phillips has had on mine and my families' lives. From confirming me, marrying my husband and I and baptizing two of my children, he holds one of the most special places in my heart! I have SO MANY WONDERFUL memories of fun times spent with him, and I will cherish these memories ALWAYS!! I hope it brings you peace to know the MANY...

Fran,
So so sorry for the loss of your husband. Prays for you and your family.

Pastor Phillips, you confirmed me, married my husband Craig and I, baptized our daughters, Amy and Kristen, confirmed them both, and married Kristen and her husband. You were always a wonderful pastor, and leader of St. Johns. My fondest memories are of Vacation Bible School. The world has lost a wonderful man who possessed a great sense of humor, a firm belief in God, and a huge heart. May God Bless You. My sincere sympathy to your family. Gaynel Charlton Schneeman

Fran and family. My deepest condolences to you and your family. I am very saddened by the news of Pastor passing. My prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family today and always. I hope you know how fond I and my family were of him and you as well. I am so sorry that I am unable to attend his service this weekend in person to say my goodbyes and pay my respects, so I wrote them on here last night what I wanted to say about one of the greatest Pastors that I've ever known. God...

Pastor Phillips, you were an inspiration to me at St. John's Lutheran Church in Williamstown. I have so many fond memories growing up and going to church. You would jokingly call me Joanie as you said I looked like a Joanie. You also confirmed my eldest son Ryan and recently attended his wedding October 2 years ago is the last I saw you. You had an awesome sense of humor and I admired you tremendously. I will never forget when you sent your wife to my Dad's funeral to give me a hug. That...

I can't say enough about the man who helped shape my faith during my years at St John's.
