Dave Phillips was a Great Man of Integrity. He and Kay were so good to me. I had the opportunity to set down with Dave and Kay they made me feel like a son. I will always remember Dave as a man that loved, life and human life. My son knew Dave and Kay he was killed serving while serving in the US Army 82nd Airborne his name was David Ted Perkins, Dave and my son had become close friends he told me NO can ever be such a man like Dave and love for animals like Kay, Love Odie Perkins

Ambassador Phillips, may God bless you and your family, may wonderful memories comfort all. I remember our first meeting in Estonia. I hold in my heart the happy memories of a wonderful man and beloved family. Warm regards, Agnes L Bates
