Not sure what to say?

We were privileged to count Stan as one of our dear and close friends in Cupertino. He was a true "gentle man" in the best sense of the term; even more important, he was a deeply spiritual man, with deep concern for his fellow humans. The kind of person he was is reflected in his wonderful wife and children. We will miss him.

It's been many years since I've seen Stan but I will never forget my first day working as a employee at CPS pharmacy. Stan made a point to meet as many new employees as he could so that he could explain to them the values by which his company ran. It was a life impressing moment for me and I would imagine for many others. I was proud of all the time I spent working for him and for the times when I got to spend a few minutes with him. He was a kind and thoughtful Man that offered me...

Dear Linda and family,

It was a great shock to hear of Stan's passing. Whenever I visited him, I was greatly inspired by his many hopes and dreams. May he rest in peace.

Dear Linda and family,

I was so sorry to hear of Stan's passing. I worked for Stan as an RN at CPS Pharmacy/AIS Infusion for nearly ten years. I must say, Stan was one of the kindest men I ever met. He truly cared about everyone. Always smiling, he would even stop to ask how are you, and if there was any thing you needed.

Linda, I have thought of you and Stan over the years as you were such a warm and happy couple. I talk to Marilyn and Tim Groves and hear about...

For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun?
And what is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered?
Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing.
And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb.
And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.

Your family was truly blessed to...

Dear Linda and Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you and I just want you to know how much I enjoyed and appreciated being your neighbor and growing up with you guys. I'm not sure who was babysitting who! I know all of you hold Stan in such high esteem, as do I. I've known you all for so many years, but Stan made a great and lasting impact on my husband the one time they met one another and talked so animatedly about Promise Keepers and the enthusiasm and hope they both have for that...

I think back to the many afternoons and weekends spent in the rain and sun playing soccer with mols, and Stan and Linda being there in all their glory watching their youngest superstar light up the world. And again, at my wedding, watching his baby girl, so beautiful giving the most wonderful toast just as she had learned from her dad. I knew I could always count on the most comforting hugs from you Stan, wanting to stay there and just hang in your embrace. I will always remember your warm,...

Dear Poncetta family,
We are so blessed to have known Stan and to have experienced his great smile! And we know that Stan's legacy lives on through your wonderful family! Our hearts and prayers are with you. We will see you tonight.
We love you,
Bob & Bev

I met Stan when he offered to assist us with teaching pharmacology at St. Francis Career College-San Jose. He gave us some materials which have been used by students. My memory is that of a very special person, trying to help in any way possible. I am enriched for my brief encounter with Stan. You are all remembered in my prayer. Gratefully, Sister Rachela, DC
