Stanley E. Prosser

Born Sept. 18, 1940, in Hanover, he was a son of the late Paul H. and Anna Mae (Grove) Prosser.

A retired employee of the former Peter J. Schweitzer Division of Kimberly Clark, he was also a former auditor for Dickinson Township.
