Great man

Our deepest sympathies go out to the entire Roadhouse famlily. Stan was a wonderful, kind man who is best remembered by me for his deep and genuine laugh and sense of humour, and his love of a good story. Our thoughts are with you all during this very difficult time.

I worked with Stan to help open the Peter Lougheed hospital. His sense of humor and sense for doing the right things for the right reasons were a large part of why the PLC opened successfully. I enjoyed the couple times I got to golf with him. The world is a better place because of him. I am proud to have worked with him and been known as a friend of his.

We are very saddened to hear that Stan has passed away. His wonderful smile & hearty laugh will always be fondly remembered by us. We were just driving on Southland Drive the other day & wondering how Stan & Rita were doing. He was a real gem & treasured his family so much. Our hearts ache for you all.

It is with sadness that I learned of Stans death. Stan and I worked together at the Peter Lougheed Hospital maintenance dept. I had the pleasure of Stans humor and working relationship. You will be missed.

We are sorry we are unable to be there with you but we had managed to get our families together for a vacation. We are spending time telling stories of the Roadhouse and Richardson family antics on Bracebridge Cres. - and there are so many! Your family is very dear to us and we know you will cherish many memories.

Blessed are the souls who have touched so many lives. Our prayers are with your family during this difficult time for comfort, healing, and sweet memories. I have heard it mentioned that pictures are worth a thousand words. The picture of Stan speaks volumes of a kind, gentle, fun loving soul. I am honored to be acquainted with his daughter in law, Gina, and son, Cal where these traits are abundant.
