Dear Arlyne and Family
Ronnie and I are deeply saddened by the passing of Sam. We know that he suffered a long time, but never gave in to his sickness. He was an inspiration to all who knew him and we consider ourselves lucky to have had that honor. He will be dearly missed and we know he is at last at peace. God Bless.
