Stanley Slater

I went to school with Stanley, and he was a goodhearted person. He always had a grin on his face. May your memories bring you peace and comfort.

Stanley was a good friend and fraternity brother at the University of Alabama in the early 70's. I knew he had health issues but I was still surprised to hear he had passed away. Stanley seemed to always be upbeat and positive and all of us Phi's who knew him at Alabama are sad to think he is gone!

Went to school with Stanley all through school. His mom was a teacher at Floyd. . He will be missed. Lynn

Stan was a dear friend of mine, when we both worked together at First Alabama Bank, in Montgomery, AL.

I was saddened this morning to learn of Stan's death. As high school classmates, I remember him well from the classes we sat through together and his friendly attitude. May Stan's family find solace from those of us who remember him so well.
