Rest in peace Stan. I´m deeply sad to lose someone who was like a grandfather to me. From when I was little, you always believed that I was going to do great things. I´ll always remember that you gave me my first stethoscope that paved my path to becoming a nurse <3 I´ll miss you!

Rest in peace, dear Stan. You were a fixture in the neighborhood and will be missed by all who knew you, especially the people at the Lafayette Bakery on the corner of Lafayette and Jefferson Streets. Peace to you in your heavenly travels!

I'm the manager of the Van Buren Library. Stan was a frequent patron of ours and we all loved helping him find books and chatting with him. It was always a pleasure to see him. He had such an upbeat personality. Everyone at Van Buren will miss him greatly!
