Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USN in the Pacific during WW II as a crewmember of the heavy cruiser USS Baltimore(CA 68) which saw heavy combat from 1943 through to VJ-Day in 1945. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
