Not sure what to say?

My parents, sisters and I are so sorry to hear of Star's passing. I have alot of fun memories of growing up on Wakeling Street with Star, Debbie and Robin. I can still remember playing in your basement and "camping out" in your backyard. Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I met Star at my oldest son's wedding.

Losing someone who had so much life and cheer...

Dear Family,

I was so sorry to hear of Star's passing. i am also a member of 250 and though I last spoke with Star at graduation 15 years ago, there is always that Central bond. Please know that you will be in my prayers continuously. May God grant you the strength to handle this extremely painful time. If I can assist you in anyway, please don't hesitate to ask.

I first knew Star from nursery school at Saint James and again met up with her at Central High School. She was always funny, thoughtful, and generous. Regrettabley we had not kept in contact over the years, but I will miss her dearly.

Having just lost my mother this past summer, I know there is no solace in losing someone, especially a daughter. But I also know Star will always be around those she loved. My sincere condolences and prayers to her family and friends.

Dear Star,
I read what you posted about your daughter and your way of dealing with this horrible situation. I know that there aren't any words, actions or anything that can console you and your family. I just want you to know that me, my family and my parents are thinking of you all and if there is ever anything that you need, you can always call us. I really hope that time and your many memories can help this get easier for you all. My sympathies and thoughts are with you....

Star will always be a part of our lives. Her memories will make us smile. She was the most unique individual I have ever met and she made me a better person for just knowing her. I will always be here for your family and hope to never lose touch. Star wouldn't want us to cry but to celebrate her life so here's to Star may she brighten the heavens.

I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May you find peace in your memories.

Robin, if you need anything at all, please don't hesitate to ask.

I only knew Star via the internet - we both worked for the Shiny Media company and had a little contact through that work. She always seemed vivacious, kind, intelligent, witty and a wonderful writer. Her sudden death was a huge shock and I want to send my condolences to all her close friends, family and boyfriend. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I'd adored and respected and admired Star practically from our first meeting back at Central. She was always a touchstone for me in those days, and continued to be so for several years beyond our graduation.

We'd stayed in touch intermittently over the years, most recently last month, when reunion plans were bringing me back to the area. We didn't get together as I had hoped, but I choose to believe that she knew I would have if I could.

Now, my heart, though it aches with...
