A cousin who has not been forgotten. He was a very wise man.

May State rest in peace. He was a well respected man.

May cousin State have eternal peace in Heaven.

State was a positive, pleasant, motivating cousin. Cherished memories goes out to his daughters ,son, and remaining relatives.

Thank you for all your prayers and when we count all our blessings, we will surely count yours twice.

Cousin State served as one of my examples of how a man should carry himself. We would visit him and Mrs. Stallworth for family gatherings during my childhood. He was always an example of integrity and dignity. I am sure that I am not the only life that his example inspired. I also had the pleasure of spending a week with them, while interning for college on the Gulf Coast. He invited me into his home and treated me like a son.

Growing up with Mr. State's children, I found myself at his house as much as mine. It is without saying, that this man was a man of integrity, wisdom and with great character. So grateful that he was an inspiration to me and to the masses. May God ccontinue to strengthen Mrs. Velma & entire family.
