Stefano zeggreti was my Urban Studies professor in 1980 to 1981 helping me obtain my Urban Studies Degree along with my Bachelor's of Arts degree in psychology.

In the 1970's, Dr. Zegretti introduced me (and no doubt many others) to numerous wonderful musical compositions. I am grateful to him for his insights into music, especially vocal works.
Le Petite Messe Solennelle by Rossini was rarely heard or performed at that time. The only opportunity I have ever had to see it performed in person was the one he conducted in Portland.
His lieder programs were a delight and I never hear or think about Wolfe's Mignon cycle...
