Well,I have signed on here daily, read the tributes, cried, and lost any track of words to say.
It makes me proud and happy that my Mother had so many friends, that say such nice things. Her AOL friends were extremely important to her and she was always concerned that they know when she wasn't feeling well, etc. Thank you to you all for your kind words and the strength and encouragement you shared with her thru the years.
To my sister, Karla, Thank You for taking care of...

Sister, what can I say except I loved you and am going to miss you. I have so many fond memories of us growing up. You were always the daredevil and I was the timid one. I especially remember the time you threw the axe at me and it landed in the bone on the top of my foot. I can't remember now but I am sure Mother gave you some harsh punishment. Otis, I know you are grieving and will miss her so and my heart goes out to you. Keep the faith, know she is out of pain and you will see her again....

To all that have signed this guest book, thanks for everyword that you spoke of my mommy. I will miss her more than I can express. I am not ashamed to say that I was a spoiled BRT (brat) and a mommy's girl. At first I was upset that she passed on my birthday (42 years old and still called her mommy), but now I realize that she gave me the greatest gift she ever could have, SHE IS PAIN FREE and in a better place and watching over me everyday. I took care of her since day one of her cancer...
