I moved next door to darling Stella four years ago in Colonial Hill. She was my dear friend and perfect neighbor. She loved my little dogs Lily and Mocha. We would sit on our patios and discuss politics over the fence. I loved her deeply. I moved out last April to take care of my sister who was ill. I missed Stella every day of my life. She was an uncommon woman...very smart, funny, loving, and kind. Her memory will live with me forever. Maggie Davis

Yes Mrs. Stella will be very much missed!!! We all loved her very much at Colonial Hill Retirement Center. I'm one of the cooks and we all tried to accommodate her likings of food. I was overwhelmed when I'd see her out walking at her age. She definitely was a fighter for her age!!! My sister Etta Pippin was her house keeper and she loved her very much so!! We are all heartbroken of her passing, but bless her heart she lived a long life. You are all in our thoughts and prayers!!!! Love and...
