Not sure what to say?

My most heartfelt condolences to the family of Frau Emrick. Frau Emrick was my German teacher in the mid 1970s. What passion she brought to the class! I had seen her several times over the last 30 years and she never forgot my German name (Beate). She will be sorely missed. Unser Himmel hat einen neuen Engel.

In the thirty-five years that have elapsed since studying German under Frau Emrick, I've thought of her often and even drafted several letters to her that were never sent. She remained beloved during those many years and will always remain in my heart. I'm now again made again speechless, this time with her passing. I offer my heartfelt condolences to her family and to her many, many admirers.

Dear Jim,

Please accept my deepest sympathy at the loss of your mother. Madame Emrick was my first French teacher at Emily Brittain School. She instilled in me her love of language. Later, I had the privilege of her guidance when I taught French in the Butler County School system. She was a warm, intelligent and exuberant woman. She was passionate about her work, her family and her friends. She left her special imprint on all who knew her. She has left a huge legacy in our...

My sympathy to the Emrick Family

Just wanted to express my sincere sympathy to Madame Emerick's beloved family and friends. She was my sixth grade French teacher at Emily Brittain School during the 1970-71 school year. Through her encouragement, I enjoyed French class throughout my high school years.
I had the pleasure of seeing and visiting her after all those years at Sunnyview just a few weeks ago. What a happy time that was for me to see her again! I am very thankful to have had that reunion with her and she will...

I will miss you, Stella. Not only were you my German teacher, but you were also my mentor teacher when I was completing my secondary ed teaching certification. To think I was planning to follow in your footsteps! You have been a wonderful friend to me over the years, and I have enjoyed writing letters to you so regularly. Dave, Molly, Mason, and I send our condolences.
